Dr. Andrew Chelladurai
Naturopathic Doctor (ND)

Dr. Andrew Chelladurai has had a passion for health and high performance since a young age and specialized in Sports Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. He also completed a Traditional Chinese Medicine externship at Zhongfang Red Cross International Hospital in China. After learning about the importance of circadian rhythms and how they impact biological function, he became interested in sleep and made it his passion to study how to optimize all aspects of sleep. He contributes his valuable thoughts and insights to the sleep industry, an often overlooked topic and a key to health and longevity to help consumers rediscover better sleep.

Her work as a sleep coach has included supporting and educating individuals and groups to blend sleep science, mindset work, and other evidence-based lifestyle practices to help people sleep better. She facilitates numerous sleep courses and workshops and actively researches the connection between sleep and the nervous system, resilience, creativity, and mental health. She contributes her knowledge, insights and expertise to Best Sleep Society for consumers of various demographics to revitalize and rejuvenate their sleep.

Sleep Coach and Sleep Educator

Talia Shapero is a Certified Adult Sleep Coach and Sleep Educator with a background in teaching.  She helps her clients understand how their sleep patterns, behaviours, lifestyle choices and other conditions may be impacting their sleep and offers evidence-based solutions that are simple, specific, achievable, and long-lasting. Talia’s involvement with the sleep industry was triggered by her own journey overcoming insomnia.  The positive transformation in her physical, cognitive, and mental well-being inspired her to become an advocate for sleep health.  Now, she passionately shares her expertise in best sleep practices with individuals, organizations and consumers.
